One more factor, for your site is most important that is keyword density. Your site must have a good keyword density. Your index page must contain 2-3% keyword of your site. Most of the people think that Page rank is most important, it is not true. If you have a PR of 5-7 but your site is not indexing in first 1-2 pages of search results, how internet users can access your site. But if your collection of keyword is good and according to SEO, definitely your site would be in top.

Black SEO or White SEO?
Straight imported from American culture, one say that term come from the color of cowboys’ hats in film of type western in black and white at the beginning of the cinema:
